Choosing a doctor to straighten your teeth – or your child’s teeth – is a big decision and braces and Invisalign are an investment. We want you to feel completely confident and informed about our plan for your smile and get a sense of our practice before you commit to treatment. That’s why we offer free consultations at the Brace Place (you can schedule yours here!). At this initial visit, you’ll tour the office and a team member will take a complimentary cephalometric and panoramic x-ray. I’ll then perform a comprehensive oral examination. I use this information to determine if treatment is necessary, develop a diagnosis and create a personalized treatment plan for you. If you could benefit from orthodontics, I’ll walk you through my findings, present you with your treatment options and answer any questions you have. Your treatment coordinator will wrap things up by discussing your braces or Invisalign cost, your insurance coverage and our payment plans. By the time you leave, you’ll have all of the information you need to make an informed decision about moving forward.
Transparency
Your final braces or Invisalign cost will depend on several factors, including the severity of your case and how long your treatment will last. We’re upfront about our pricing. Once we have the chance to assess your bite and develop a treatment plan at your consultation, we’ll outline all of the fees. There won’t be any surprises.
No Upcharge for Invisalign vs. Clear Braces
When it comes to aesthetic options, many practices charge more for Invisalign than they do for clear braces. I don’t think you should have to compromise and it’s important that you’re confident and happy with your treatment. No-Interest Financing and Flexible Payment Plans
We have a unique business model at the Brace Place. The traditional, large down payment charged by a lot of offices just isn’t feasible for many hard-working families, especially when more than one family member is receiving orthodontic treatment at the same time. While third-party financing is common, the astronomical interest rate once the promotional period ends can be a huge problem as well. To give our patients affordable orthodontic treatment, we sit down with them to create a personalized financial solution. We provide in-office, no-interest financing with options for no down payment or a low down payment. You can spread out the cost of treatment over a longer period of time with affordable monthly payments. This way you never have to feel stressed about accruing interest or having big payments looming over you.
Insurance Accepted
So, how much do braces cost with insurance? It varies by plan but having orthodontic insurance benefits can greatly reduce your out-of-pocket expenses. We accept most PPO insurances at the Brace Place. While some policies only cover patients 18-years-old and under, that’s been starting to change and more plans are extending coverage to adults too. If you have insurance, bring your card with you to your consultation, along with a state-issued ID, and we’ll estimate your coverage. Once treatment starts, we’ll also file claims on your behalf.
