For those late teens or adults who want to minimize the appearance of the braces, ceramic brackets are an excellent choice.  Dr. Patel has used Clarity ceramic brackets from 3M Unitek for the past 7 years.  Clarity brackets are the only ceramic brackets on the market to have a patented release mechanism to gently remove from the tooth.  Old generation ceramic brackets were very difficult to remove causing discomfort to the patient.  This is not the case with the beautiful Clarity bracket.
